The H2O Method consists of constantly wetting your hair while brushing your hair. You simple take a spray bottle like this

Get your brush and brush your hair until it's dry and then repeat the process over and over again.

Now I wouldn't do this for more than a half hour, but this method is guaranteed to give results quick and fast. You'll be seeing results in no time. And don't forget to wear your durag !

For the 360 wave that's all you need to do. Acheiving this 360 wave is difficult yes, but it is not impossible. Just like in everything else in life, some people win and some people lose. Some people just give up. To have the best 360 wave on the planet of course it's going to take alot more than the three steps I placed above, but throughout consistent practice it can be done.

Never give up. Keep brushing everyday (about 20 minutes a day) and you will have that 360 wave pattern.
